Hi I’m Natalie LeCroy,
a North Metro Atlanta REALTOR® with a heart for people and a passion for helping families find the place they get to call home.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, down-to-earth agent
who genuinely cares,
I’d love to walk with you in this
next chapter.
Natalie’s Commitment
to
Community and
Real Estate
As a longtime local, I know the communities of Marietta, Woodstock, East Cobb, and the surrounding areas like the back of my hand. I love guiding clients not just to a house, but to a neighborhood, a lifestyle, and a future they can truly picture themselves in.
Whether you’re upsizing, downsizing, or buying your very first home, I’m here to make the process feel simple, supported, and stress-free.
Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, a mom to my amazing kids Lucas and Oakley, and a proud dog-mom to Mintzy—who keeps life interesting and full of laughter. Family, faith, and community are at the center of everything I do, and they’re a big part of why I show up for my clients the way I do.
I’ll be honest—real estate was
never on my childhood dream list.
I imagined myself becoming a thousand different things,
but a REALTOR® wasn’t one of them.
Then 2020 happened.
Life was shifting, the world paused,
and my best friend of 20 years walked me into the
world of home buying.
I was pregnant with our daughter, navigating hormones,
fear, excitement, and the weight
of the biggest purchase
we’d ever made.
It felt like everything in life was happening all at once.
I was overwhelmed—but she wasn’t.
She carried the process with a grace I didn’t know existed.
She made something so huge feel steady, safe, and doable.
Buying that first home changed me.
Not just because we got the keys, but because I felt, deeply, what it means to be led with care.

This client was referred to me by a friend I used to work with. The client is military, and he needed to sell his home QUICK as he was moving out of state. The home needed a lot of work, and we worked together on a plan to get it priced correctly so both the buyer and seller won in the end. We found a great investor who saw a vision for this adorable home and snatched it up.
708 Ivory Trail
This was my very first listing after I got my license! It was a neighbor of mine who took a chance on a new agent and MAN did we kill it! This family had a son graduating from high school and going off to college, while their other son was entering his senior year. It was time to downsize, and they trusted me! We got it under contract the first weekend it was on the market! I am still close with this family to this day, and I am forever grateful for that opportunity.

A friend of mine called me to sell this home in Lake Arrowhead for his father. This was my first sale in Lake Arrowhead, so I had to learn a lot. There were some bumps in the road, but the client and I worked as a team and created the best possible outcome for his father. At the end of the day, a college student ended up purchasing the home so he could be in same neighborhood as his parents!
Home is...
A home isn’t just a structure.
It’s where life unfolds—the late-night newborn feedings,
the dogs running wild in the backyard, the holiday chaos,
the quiet Tuesday dinners, the laughter, the grief, the growth.
It’s where the story of a
family takes shape.
real estate wasn't really about houses
that was the moment
i realized...
it was about people stepping into their next chapter.
Today, that is what drives me.
I love sitting beside the couple becoming parents for the first time,
the empty nesters closing one chapter and opening another,
the dreamers stepping into their first front door.
I don’t take those seats lightly.
I believe real estate is more than a transaction—it’s a relationship, a season of life, and a moment that deserves to be cared for with honesty, patience, and joy.

Homeowner FAQs
Navigate clear answers to
common questions
about buying and selling your home
How long does the home buying process usually take?
What costs should I expect when selling my home?
Common expenses include agent commissions, closing fees, repairs, and staging. Understanding these upfront helps you plan your sale effectively.
Do I need to get pre-approved for a mortgage before house hunting?
Can I sell my current home before buying a new one?
Yes, but timing is crucial. Coordinating both transactions can reduce financial risk, though some buyers choose to rent temporarily between sales.
Buying & Selling FAQs
Do I need to sell my home before I buy a new one?
Not always. Some homeowners choose to sell first to avoid carrying two mortgages, while others buy first to ensure they have a new home secured. The best option depends on your finances, comfort level, and current market conditions. Together, we’ll create a plan that minimizes risk and stress.
How does my equity work when I’m buying my next home?
Your equity is the difference between what you owe on your current home and what it sells for. Most sellers receive their equity at closing, which can then be used toward the down payment and closing costs on the new home. Timing is key, and I help coordinate this so your funds are available when you need them.
How stressful is selling and buying at the same time?
It can feel like a lot—but it doesn’t have to be. My role is to guide you through each step, manage the timelines, and communicate clearly so you always know what’s happening and what comes next. A solid plan makes all the difference.
Should I buy first or sell first?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Selling first can feel safer financially, while buying first can provide more flexibility in your move. We’ll look at your goals, loan options, and the competitiveness of the market to determine the best strategy for you.
